Vaadi Herbals Elbow Foot Knee Scrub Soap Review - Go Let's Live

Hello Beautiful souls,

Don’t you have time for parlor visits for pedicure? Are you vexed buying expensive pedicure kits? Are you looking a way to remove tan and dirt from your foot at your home? Don’t you have time for DIY scrub preparation to exfoliate your feet?

We have to regularly exfoliate feet to remove tan, else it might result in pigmentation. Often, tan and dead skin make skin on feet really hard. Scrubbing off the dead skin cells from your feet is very essential. Most of the time we use pumice stone/metal files to scrub our feet, but  many of us, feel that these are harsh and painful(Sometimes). Today, here I am, reviewing an effective and pocket-friendly scrub soap. Yes!! You heard me right!! It is Vaadi Herbals Elbow Foot Knee scrub soap.

My Experience:
Personally, I feel very uncomfortable going parlour for getting pedicure done. Though it is part of a beautician's profession to hold our feet, I really felt bad about it, so I stopped going to parlour for pedicure and eventually, stopped taking care of my feet. Hence they became tanned and hard. To remove that, I tried lots of DIYs, struggled with pumice stone for few days and later on stopped trying due to my laziness.. Then one day I have found this scrub soap in Nykaa. Initially I was skeptical using this product. But now, it’s been more than 6 months (finished 2 bars) and I really like using this soap.

This soap feels like a pumice stone that lathers. The light grey part of this soap is creamy and the black granules are really harsh. These granules gently removes all the dead, dry and rough skin. I soak my feet in lukewarm water for 5 minutes (Optional, I like doing this way) and then rub this soap gently in circular motions for few minutes and then wash off. A very easy process and effective process to remove the dead cells.  As claimed by the product, frequent usage of this soap removes thick deposits of dead cells, reduces dark patches on elbows and smoothes the skin. I haven’t noticed any skin lightening though!!

PROS:
*Herbal soap
*Very economical and effective. It costs just 28rs for 75 gm.
*It has black color sand like particles that gently removes dead skin effectively.
*It has very mild fragrance.
*Not harsh on skin.
*Very easy to use and wash off.
*It smoothes out the skin by removing dead skin.
*It is like having a mini pedicure kit with you.
*Can be used daily.
*It has a shelf life of 36 months
*One soap goes a long life. Minimum of 2 months if used daily.
*Effective in removing newly formed tan.

CONS:
*Dries out the skin.
*The granules are harsh on sensitive skin.
*They didn't mention all the ingredients of this soap.

A point to keep in mind is, this soap scrub dries out the skin so we have to apply a good moisturizer after using this soap. I used this soap scrub every alternate day before going to sleep followed by massaging with Extra virgin olive oil to get soft feet.

My overall experience is very good and definitely a must have product. I recommend you guys to give this product a try. However, if you have sensitive skin, do not use this on your elbows and knees, as this might tear your skin.
