Due to poor lifestyle choices many people complain that they are suffering from low hemoglobin count, which resulted in Anemia.
Follow the below tips (may be recipes :P) to increase hemoglobin count.
Tip 1: Make juice of carrot cum beetroot and drink daily. This miracle juice not only boosts up the hemoglobin levels but also detoxify your body. DO NOT store this juice. People who do not like the taste of this juice, can prepare salad with carrot and beetroot. For salad, grate or chop both of them, add a pinch of salt (you can replace salt with pepper) and a dash of lemon juice. Mix this well and your tasty salad is ready.. (You can experiment with salad based on your taste :) )
Tip 2: You just required three items for this...
a) Black Sesame seeds
b) Jaggery (People with Diabetes should not use Jaggery)
c) Clarified Butter (Ghee)
Roast handful of Black sesame seeds in few drops of Clarified Butter and powder it along with Jaggery. You can store this powder up to 10 days. Have 1-2 table spoons of this powder twice a day. You can also add this powder to a cup of warm milk and drink daily. This is a healthy substitute to various powders which we get in the market. Also, you can prepare Laddu (Indian sweet) with this powder.
Tip 3: You need Pomegranates, Rice Rava (Cracked/Broken Rice), water and salt to prepare this tasty item.
Rice Rava Preparation: Wash and soak rice (NOT brown rice) for 20 minutes. Drain and spread the rice on a cloth and let it air dry. While the rice is slightly wet, grind it in a mixer grinder to a coarse fine consistency (Like that of Dalia). Allow it for air dry for 30 minutes and store it in air tight container.
Boil water with a pinch of salt, when the water reaches boiling point add rice rava. When the rice rava is semi cooked, add pomegranate juice to it. Allow the rice rava to get cooked completely. You can have this as it is when it is at room temperature. You can increase water quantity to make this as soup.. This is a great energy booster, this can also be given to people suffering from high fever.
Apart from the above tips, include below food items in your diet..
*. A pomegranate a day keeps anemia away :)
*. Have 4-5 regular or the dry dates daily.
*. Consume 1-2 table spoons of raw honey early in the morning.
*. Drink up to a maximum of two glasses of sugar can juice per day. DO NOT drink this immediately after having food.
*. Apart from heat and sweat, summer is famous for Watermelons.. These days you get them through out the year, if possible eat at least one water melon every alternate day. watermelons not only prevent dehydration problem but also improves hemoglobin levels.
*. Consume one boiled egg (Including Yolk, it is loaded with proteins).
* Include Guava, Papaya, Oranges, Cherries, Strawberries, Blueberries, Sunflower seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Capsicum, Broccoli, Cabbage, beans, Onions, Dried figs, Almonds, Spinach, curd.. in your diet.
To be avoided:: Junk Food, Fat Food, Fizzy drinks, Coffee, Soy products, Grapes, Brown Rice,Alcohol
So Guys.. These are the natural foods that are to be consumed for increasing hemoglobin count in the blood. As these are natural methods you will not see results over night.. Follow this strictly after at least a month or twice to see notable difference.
Practice Pranayama daily, it boots up hemoglobin levels and resistance power.
